November is going to be a really, really fun month of performances! I have the opportunity of playing Theaters in Kansas City & Wichita, the honor to open for some really top notch touring artists, and I even have a couple solo shows sprinkled in to try out new original material.
I’ve been staying busy this season playing, writing, and practicing. I started a new video series together with Howard called “Project Unoriginal” and we’ve already posted the first two episodes, which you can watch here. In summary, this project allows us to think outside our usual practice routine, record cover tunes we love & give us quality time together at home. Neither one of us has any plans to officially release any cover material, these home recordings are our way to informally share some of those songs we love. We play a lot of club dates, and get dozens of requests, so we want to invite you to join in the fun with us. If you have a song you’d like to hear us play, give us your request – we want to know!
